Emergency

Built for the
3am call.

When the fire is coming, when the river is rising, when the storm has knocked out the power. AS 4083-aligned alerts. Evacuation centres on a map. Welfare check-in. BoM, RFS, CFA and SES feeds amplified with local context.

This is the feature residents install for and then thank god they had it.

AS 4083-aligned

Advice, Watch & Act, Emergency. Top tier overrides quiet hours, falls back to SMS, paints a persistent in-app banner.

Evac centres + road closures

Live map of where to go and what's open. Council feeds plus state-services overlays.

CAP integrations

Common Alerting Protocol pipes from BoM, RFS, CFA, SES. We amplify state-level warnings with local context.

The honest bit

We're not the source of truth. We're the resident-facing surface.

BoM, RFS, CFA, SES are the source of truth for state-level warnings. Our emergency tier runs on a separate redundant pipeline with paged on-call, multi-provider push, SMS fallback, cross-LGA coordination. We review every alert post-event.

A late or wrong emergency push is reputation-ending for both your council and us. That's why this tier carries a higher reliability bar than the rest of the product, and a deliberate boundary: we surface state alerts, we don't replace them.

We'll spin up a branded sandbox before the call. 30 minutes against your stack.
